Rules of Tulevik Cup '24
I Use of older players during the tournament
Every team has an opportunity/is allowed to use up to two older players in their team. The players must be born after 1 of August in previous year (ex. 2018 age group). For example in 2014 age group the player must be born on 01.08.2013 or later.
II Participation in several teams
One player is not allowed to take part of more than one same age group tournaments in one day (for example a player who participates in 2014 B tournament (24.11.2024, 09.00), can not take part in 2014 C tournament (24.11.2024, 13.30).
III Tournament system
Depending of number of participating teams, the tournament will be either divided into group stage tournaments and play-offs or round-robin system.
In the matches held during the group stage tournament, a victory gives each team 3 points, a draw game 1 point and loss 0 points.
If some teams get equal points in group stage, the final ranking will be decided according to:

match points between each other

match goals between each other
-
overall goal difference
-
better number of scored goals
-
better number of conceded goals
-
penalties
IV Penalites
During the playoff and final match, if the match ends with a draw after the end of match time, the teams have to start shooting penalties immediately. The number of penalties is 3 in each age group. Teams will be drawing lots to pick the team who starts shooting penalties.
V Offside
Offside is fixed only in boys' 2012 and girls' 2011 age group tournament.
VI Referees
All the referees are accepted by the Estonian Football Association.
