      Rules

          Use of Older Players:

  • In tournaments from 2017-2012 at levels A and B, teams are allowed to use two players born in the year prior to the main birth year, as long as they were born after August 1.

  • In 2018 and 2019 tournaments, only players born in the main birth year are allowed to participate.

  • In tournaments from 2017-2015 at level C, it is recommended to use only players born in the main birth year, but with the agreement of the opponents and tournament organizers, older players may be used, provided that their skill level matches the general level of the specific tournament.

  • To avoid confusion, please bring a passport or ID card.

         By registering for the tournament, participants automatically confirm that they have read and agree to the rules.

         Tournament System:

          In the event of a tie in the group stage, the final ranking will be determined by:

  1. Points in matches between the tied teams

  2. Goal difference in matches between the tied teams

  3. Number of goals scored in matches between the tied teams

  4. Overall goal difference

  5. Overall number of goals scored

  6. Red cards

  7. Penalties

    By registering for the tournament, participants automatically confirm that they have read and agree to the tournament system.

    Awards and Prizes:

  • In the 2018 and 2019 tournaments, each participant will receive a participation medal, and the awards ceremony will take place after the team's last match, either by the tournament organizer or the team's coach. 

  • In the 2017-2015 tournaments at level C, each participant will receive a participation medal, and the awards ceremony will take place after the team's last match, either by the tournament organizer or the team's coach.

  • In the 2017-2012 tournaments at level B, the awards ceremony will take place after the final match, and the top three teams will be awarded trophies and medals.

  • In the 2017-2012 tournaments at level A, the awards ceremony will take place after the final match, and the top three teams will be awarded trophies and medals. Special awards for the best goalkeeper and outfield player of the tournament, selected by the organizers, will also be given.

    Rules:

  • Substitutions are allowed at any time.

  • Two yellow cards in one match for a player result in a red card.

  • A player who receives a red card must miss the next match.

  • A player who receives a red card for violent conduct is no longer allowed to participate in the tournament.

  • Players may only enter and exit the field from the sideline on their own half of the field.

  • There is no extra time. In case of a draw, penalties (3 penalties) will follow if necessary.

        By registering for the tournament, participants automatically confirm that they have read and agree to the rules.

          Special Rules:

  • In the 2019-2018 and 2017-2015 C level tournaments, if a team falls behind by three goals, they are allowed to add an extra outfield player. This extra player must be removed if the goal difference decreases to two goals.

  • Goals scored directly from the first touch after kick-off or after a goal do not count.

  • In the 2019-2018 and 2017-2015 C level tournaments, goalkeepers are allowed to start play in any situation either by hand or by a kick from the hand.

  • In the 2019-2018 and 2017-2015 C level tournaments, goalkeepers are allowed to pick up back-passes from their own players.

           By registering for the tournament, participants automatically confirm that they have read and agree to the special rules.

          Disciplinary Rules and Procedures:

  • Two yellow cards in one match for a player or coach result in a red card and removal from the current match. The player may participate in the next match.

  • A player or coach who receives a straight red card must miss the next match.

  • In cases of intentional and dangerous violent conduct, a player or coach who receives a straight red card may be removed from the tournament for its duration. This decision will be made by the tournament organizers depending on the circumstances.

  • Players, coaches, or supporters who behave offensively, provocatively, or violently towards opponents, referees, or tournament organizers may be removed from the tournament venue for its duration after receiving their first warning.

  • All disciplinary issues, except in-game decisions, are handled by the tournament organizer.

           By registering for the tournament, participants automatically confirm that they have read and agree to the disciplinary  rules and procedures.

          Liability:

          JK Tammeka does not assume responsibility for injuries, health problems, illnesses, thefts, or other material losses that occur during the tournament.
