Registration of teams for PUHJA FUTSAL CUP 2025 tournament:

18.01.2025 – Men ( starts at 10.00)
19.01.2025 - Women ( starts at 10.00)
25.01.2025 – 2015 (starts at 9.00)
25.01.2025 - 2014 Girls (starts at 14.00)
26.01.2025 - 2013 (starts at 9.00)
26.01.2025 - 2016 (starts at 14.00)
01.02.2025 - 2014 (starts at 9.00)
01.02.2025 - 2017 (starts at 14.00)
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- The men and women tournament is played according to the rules of indoor football. (except for the backplay rule, you can feed back at any time, but the 4-second rule applies)
- Young players can feed back any time, no 4 second rule
- Games are played with a special futsal ball.
- The games are whistled by EJL referees. (EJL-Estonian Football Association)
- 8-10 teams will participate, who will be drawn into two subgroups.
- Exchanges take place on an ongoing basis, back and forth.
- Each team is guaranteed at least 5 games
TEAM:
- Up to 10 players can be registered for a team + a coach
- There are 5 players on the field at a time (4+goalkeeper).
- WOMEN'S TEAMS are allowed to take part in players from the Rahvaliiga and lower leagues!
Players who have participated in 2022/2024 women's ML and I league are not allowed at the
tournament! There are no restrictions on men's teams!
- In the young age groups there is allowed to register 2 older players who are born on or before August 1st of the year before the main age group year.
PLAYTIME:
- Playing time is 12-15 minutes (more details will be revealed after registration is complete)
- After group games: If normal time ends in a draw, penalties will be scored. Penalties can be scored
by both team 3 players. In case the score is still draw after the first round of penalties, penalties will be scored until the first instance.
GENERAL SYSTEM:
- Teams are divided into subgroup 2 (5.5 or 4.4), where one round is played.
- The ranking in the subgroup is determined by points. (win 3p, draw 1p and loss 0p)
- In case 10 teams - The top 2 in subgroups advance to the semifinals, (A1-B2 and B1 and A2) where the winners will have a final and a bronze game for the team that lost. Teams with 3rd place in subgroups play a game of 5-6 places, teams with 4 places in subgroup play a game of 7-8 places and teams with 5 places in subgroup Play a 9-10 place game. - For 8 teams, the top 2 in the subgroup advance to the A-semifinals, (A1-B2 and B1-A2) where the winners are expected final and losers bronze game. Subgroup 3 and 4 will play the B semi-finals, where the winners will play 5-6 places game and losers 7-8 place in the game.
IN THE CASE OF EQUAL POINTS, THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE TAKEN INTO
ACCOUNT:
A) A game between the teams with equal poits;
B) Goal difference in games between them;
C) General gate spacing;
PUNISHMENT:
- If a player earns a yellow card, then must be on the penalty bench, either 2 minutes or until the next goal
- In the case of a red card, the player has been removed until the end of this game, not skipping the
next game. The team plays in the minority UNTIL THE END OF THE GAME!
AWARDS:
ALL PARTICIPATING TEAM PLAYERS WILL BE AWARDED WITH SOUVENIR MEDALS
TROPHIES FOR TEAMS THAT REACHED THE TOP THREE, AND MEDALS FOR PLAYERS. IN ADDITION, SPECIAL PRIZES – BEST GOALKEEPER, BEST PLAYER, BEST DEFENDER, TOP SCORER AND THE BEST PLAYER ON EACH TEAM.
FOR TEAM LEADERS:
- A person who has been appointed as a team leader is responsible for the games as well as for the
team at other times;
- Tournament organizers are not responsible for injuries, illnesses and thefts;
- The team is required to submit a registration form to the tournament organizer before the first game.
